Well, what do I know?

I mentioned first off yesterday that when I looked inside my mouth I saw some white, and I saw that it was 'split open'.  I had a follow-up appointment yesterday morning and when he looked at it?  "It's healing great!"  Wait! What?  But But But!!!  Then he explained - it is in the far back where the jaw goes up.  If he had closed it entirely, as it healed, it would have pulled the jaw inward.  Because of the way it was stitched, it heals from the bottom up.  The white stuff?  He overpacks the bone so that as it closes, none of the bone pack that comes out leaves it indented, enough will stay as it is healed.  His explanation restored my faith in him, BUT... by this time I am drained from the constant discomfort and somewhat embarrassed I had pitched a fit about it being split open.   He will see me in two weeks to check on it again. He said I'm doing fine and it is healing well.   I did the moist heat on it as I was told to do (he says it is to bring the blood flow back into that area.  NO, I had not been doing it before.  Guess I need to.  (I think this comes under I didn't want to mess with it).  After work we went to Streets of New York for their New York combo medium pizza - and once back home, I took half of a pain pill so that I wouldn't be noticing the discomfort all evening.  Well, I slept well last night - and after I got up, I have slept well in here.  Sigh. I didn't mean to fall back to sleep in here, but have, two or three times, sleeping for nearly two hours!  I told you I have been drained from the constant pain.  It's now 8:30AM and I'm hubby is wondering when I'm coming out to fix breakfast.

I managed to get our tree up in the exercise room yesterday.  I am hoping to get the other two trees for the inside up today.  Our new buffet arrived yesterday, but too heavy for me to carry by myself. Left on porch.  Need to clean off the old desk in the exercise room so that it can be taken away.  I don't use it; it's been a catch all for my yarn. So yes, I need to find a place to put all that I have stuck in it.  If I had the room, I'd keep it - but there is no room in this house for anything. And you think I'm difficult to let go of things?  Hubby is much, much worse! Especially if it is HIS or in HIS ROOM.  Maybe, if nothing is going on, SIL can come get the desk to put out on the street for bulk pick up or drop off somewhere - and put together the buffet for me.  I'm hoping I ordered the right size... if I ordered too long, will have to rearrange furniture which will totally discombogalte (sound it out) hubby.  Anyway, when I finish here I will go out and fix breakfast and make hubby full and happy.  He tells me numerous times how much he loves it when I fix breakfast on Saturday mornings.  After he eats a muffin and some cinnamon cookies.

So on my agenda today is breakfast, then working on the trees in the house, and maybe doing up a grocery order for pick up.  I don't mind going to the grocery store, but when I do, I buy way too much.  So I order online and although I usually spend over $100, I buy less and yes, I usually forget something.  So I've been trying to write down things as I think of them.  I noticed hubby emptied two cereal boxes the other day and left the boxes on the kitchen table (before I put in the recycle.). I'm sure that was for me to know we need to get more cereal.  I also want to start my baking.  I'll put in the freezer for it won't be in there long.  December is almost here and I have so many bags of goodies to put together and take for gifts.  So much to get done!  But I love giving and even though it takes effort from me, time and money, I enjoy giving away things I enjoy making.

Our neighbors on the catty corner sold their house and the new people have been moving in all week.  They have been moving in cars and a pick up truck.  Couple is 55 and 51, from what I was told.   Maybe this afternoon, once I get some baking done, I will head over and introduce myself and give them a loaf of bread.  And I also need to give them the house key that I have for that house.  Yeah, previous owners gave it to me when they moved in... before the 'falling out with the HOA'.  After that we weren't allowed to speak.  I don't like the HOA either. Oh- and our co-duplex couple?  The grass seed they planted in the front yard is coming up nicely.  But, no, we are not allowed to do anything to our front yard.  Ours is mainly dirt.

I Chronicles 16:34 (NKJV):  O give thanks to the Lord for He is good!  For His mercy endures forever.

And that's Our God!  He is always so good to us - even when we screw up and He has to help us clean it up.  He is always so full of mercy and grace for us.  I love that He is always with us, always around us, always in us, that we can call out to Him at any time and He will bring peace to our souls, bring us joy in the hard times, and provide for our needs.  Of course the majority of our problems are our own fault! But He gets us through them, although we may not see it at the moment.

The best part?  He loves us in spite of our failures and faults.  He offers us His grace and mercy - forever - because of who He is.  He is Lord of all.  God of our creation.  Author of our lives.  He knows where we will screw up before we even think about it.  I wish He would knock sense into me when I start to think about some things!  It is tiresome to always be in trouble, right?

Well, I need to get off here and head to the kitchen to fix breakfast.  It's nearly 9AM and you know hubby is hungry.  And I'm getting there. A protein shake would be good for me, but hubby likes food.  Sausage and eggs and toast sounds like a good meal.  Then on to figuring out what I'm going to do first!  I think I'll get started on my baking, then start bringing in the Christmas boxes from the garage. It won't take long to decorate the house; I don't have much other than the trees.  Outside the house will wait until the day after Thanksgiving. Not that I do much there either. Need to get some Little Debbie goodies to put in a bowl for our delivery people.  Need to make my sign up for them as well. I enjoy doing that so much.

Ok - I do need to get off here!  Hope that you have an amazing day and that you love on someone today. Let them know that you appreciate them.  Tell them you love them.  Hug your kids. (and the grands!) Be present today. Listen when they talk to you. Make eye contact. Be patience. God isn't finished with them either.

Blessings!

Was I snoring too loudly?

I felt hubby touch my back way early this morning, and it awakened me enough to open my eyes to see what time it was.  2:05AM.  Was I snoring too loudly and he was trying to get me to stop?  I don't know, but no words were spoken and I struggled to get back to sleep, but eventually did.  Sometimes he says he touches my back (cause usually I sleep on my left side) to make sure I'm still breathing.  He doesn't hear me snoring and if I move when he touches me, then I'm still alive.  Ok then.  I guess I'm still alive, for I moved.  I struggled out of bed a little after 4AM.

Hmmm. It's Thursday.  Our landscapers are here - at 6:30AM - are using the hedge trimmer on the fabulous hedges we have out front.  NOT.  I can see ours is uneven - but there he goes on to the next one.  He has left ours higher than our neighbors - why?  Sometimes I want to get a hedge trimmer and just do it myself.  Oh nice - he sees the tree limbs hanging down in front and is chopping those off as well.  Yay, they finally did something.  Yeah, I think our landscape company the HOA uses is worthless.  I've had an ongoing argument about their car of grass - or lack thereof.  Sigh. Don't get me started.   I have my window shutters open; I wonder if they see me?  heh heh.  The guy is walking around with the blower and daggone it - he is blowing against the hedges - and blowing the leaves INSIDE the courtyard!  Eventually he will walk inside the courtyard - nope, he isn't coming in this time - to blow the leaves back out.  Sigh. Like I said, I'm not in favor of them.  He's already gone down the row.  Oh well.

I need to get some spray for my rose bushes - the aphids have eaten all the leaves off one of my new rose trees.  I think it is still alive, as the other one, but the leaves are about all gone.  Yeah, I may be a little late here, but wasn't sure what was happening to it.

I did fairly well staying off my phone yesterday.  Especially Facebook.  I shared yesterday I need to quit scrolling as I lose too much time, right?  Every time I picked it up and opened Facebook without thinking about it, at the first post I would remember and I would close it back out and put my phone done.  So I think I did good.  I didn't even scroll in it last night.  Now to continue with my resolve to stay off Facebook and not scroll and lose all my time.

I don't get it.  After my chiropractor appointment yesterday I went over to Safeway and picked up a couple salads for lunch and also... well, the fried chicken called my name.  I'm a Tennessee gal - I LOVE fried chicken!  So I bought eight pieces to go with our salads.  We hate some of both for lunch, then we finished it off for dinner last night (but still have chicken left).  Yes, I worked out core last night, but daggone it - how in the world have I gained two pounds overnight??  This losing weight is the pits!  I now muscle weighs more than fat, but I sure would like to see the scales drop a bit more.  I'm 'stagnant' with the weight loss; it just won't go down.  Ok, I did have a piece or two of chocolate last night.  But that shouldn't be two pounds, should it?  I had chicken and salad for lunch and dinner, for crying out loud@!   Yeah, my Virta coach is wondering what I'm doing too.  I need to stop this 'relapse' and get focused again.

Seriously?  Now they have the riding lawnmowers out going through the front yards - and dust is everywhere!  Why? Because we have very little grass and they are stirring up the dirt!  Landscapers!  UGH.

Psalm 19:1-2 (NKJV):  The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament shows His handiwork. Day unto day utters speech, and night unto night reveals knowledge.

Have you ever paused to look up at the sky when it is dark, and just gaze at the stars and the moon up above?  Have you ever wondered how they could be so strategically placed and shining so bright?  That's God.  When the morning comes and the sun slips up the slide of the earth, and brings light to our area, do you pause and wonder at how perfect it all is?  That is God.  He created the heavens and the earth for us to enjoy His handiwork.  He gives us night to rest and day to work.  Well, for most of us.  Some people have to do it backwards - work at night and rest during the day.  But it shows us God's glory and His favor to us.

I love the early mornings when it is somewhat 'cool' and quiet.  This morning it is dusty and noisy - thanks to the landscapers, but I guess it needs to be done; they didn't ask my opinion.   I often wish I could just go out and sit and not worry about work or anything distracting me, but just go out and sit and listen.  Sometimes God speaks to me when I shut up long enough.

Hubby read our devotion from a book last night that I have already finished, but he is not quite done with yet.  In it the author talks about when we pray, are we praying in faith.  Do we pray words that we know people want to hear (if we are praying for them).  Are we praying in faith that God will heal, will comfort, will do what we ask?  Do we add the tag 'If it's Your will, Lord, heal this person."  Is that to cover our butts if He chooses NOT to heal someone.

I know I've mentioned before how I have prayed earnestly and with faith that someone would be healed - and they were not.  They still have the cancer. They still died. But other times I've prayed and tumors on kidneys have disappeared, bones have knit back together perfectly that were broken.  Is God still answering my prayers?  Yes. I have to say Yes.  Sometimes the answer is not what I want it to be, but I pray in faith, believing that He will answer.  I don't have control over situations; but I can believe that when I pray, In GOD's timing, He will answer that prayer.  Children will return to God.  Healing will be restored.  Jobs will be available.  Finances will be restored. Relationships will be healed.

I believe that when I pray earnestly, desperately, in full faith, God will hear and He will answer.  Sometimes it isn't the answer I want because He is God and I am not; He sees the big picture and I do not.  But sometimes, He does answer the way I ask.

Even something as silly as finding a church.  Remember what I had prayed and how it was answered?  That still blows me away.

And with that, I need to get off here (see what work does?  It interferes with my time availability!!) and get the work computer turned on.  I had other things come up yesterday, but I really do want to get the board minutes done this week.  Sometime.  Hopefully.  I still have six weeks until the next board meeting so I'm good. LOL

May the Lord bless you and keep you, the Lord make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you; may the Lord turn His face toward  you and give you peace.

Blessings!

Sometimes prayers get answered

the way you want them to.  I just wrote a whole paragraph but decided to delete it.  It wasn't about me, or any of my family, but about an unmet friend whose family has persecuted her unmercifully and we have prayed - and the judge ruled in her favor today.  It doesn't change anything, and her sisters will again torment her another way.  But at least she knows that God is hearing prayers and answering on her behalf.

And sometimes we all need to know that, don't we?  I know I have prayed many prayers that God's answer seems to be 'Not Yet' - and as much as I don't like that answer, I know that His timing is best, even when I don't agree.  But there are other times that it proves that His timing is a lot better than mine.  Grateful He will overrule some of my requests and respond as He knows best.

Work was busy again yesterday, but I did get a breather about 3PM.  The last hour wasn't as hectic as the other hours.  I've decided to keep working (for now) as long as I can be remote, and I am able to keep up on everything.  It is the only thing that is keeping my mind active.  Plus, I do like the income. :-)  It pays the bills, right.  It gives me play money.  And that's important. :-)

I had a hankering to go visit my siblings this fall.  Unfortunately, with my little sister so jealous of time I spend with our older brother (whom she does not have a relationship with - but that is her own fault), that it causes me a great amount of stress.  She counts the days and nights (and probably the hours!) that I spend with him.  I've told her that I do have a relationship with him, and I will see him and spend time with him.  Her tongue and behavior finally broke the bank with him.  I keep forgiving and letting it go, but he reached his limit.  Of course he is in the same state; I am not, and don't know all the stuff. Nor do I want to. I have a relationship with all my siblings.  And I am grateful for that.  I get amused (and sometimes angry) that a couple of my siblings will state how close they were to mother, or to our older brother or older sister - who have all passed away.  And I don't believe them.  Why?  Because I talked with them (before they passed, duh), and they complained that they weren't visited, that this child or that one had done something that hurt them, how they don't even call..... and yet, they claim they were so close.  And I will leave that there. It stirs up hurt feelings in my heart.  They can believe they were the favorite; I don't care.  I know the truth.    Anyway - I really thought about going to visit, and of course we need to visit hubby's brother.... the airline cost didn't deter me.... but trying to work out my schedule in between board meetings and timecards.... it was hard finding time.... and I didn't want to take my work computer with me.  But as I thought about the stress and the behavior that comes from my visit... I decided against it.  I would rather they come visit me, when they can have me all to themselves.

I sit here and my mind is empty of anything to write this morning.  The word 'heal' has come to mind and I looked up some scriptures.  But none speak to me.  Perhaps they will to you.

Psalm 147:3 (NKJV):  He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.

Psalm 103:3 (NKJV):  Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases.

Proverbs 16:34 (NKJV):  Pleasant words are like a honeycomb, sweetness to the soul and health to the bones.

Isaiah 53:5 (NKJV):  But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities,; the chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed.

Jeremiah 3:22 (NKJV):  "Return, you backsliding children, and I will heal your backslidings." "Indeed, we do come to You, for You are the Lord our God."

and one of my very own life-verses...

Jeremiah 17:14 (NKJV):  Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed.  Save me, and I shall be saved, for You are my praise.

Perhaps one of these will speak to you.  Jesus IS our Healer; of physical wounds, of emotional wounds, of those wounds that strike the heart.  Lean into Him and trust Him.  His timing, and His answers, are always good.  He heals the broken-hearted.

Blessings!

I want to be a Potter....

I put that title there yesterday because I wanted to remember what I wanted to share this morning.... and guess what... I have forgotten what point I wanted to make.  Maybe it will come to me later.  If not, I'll ponder it and see if something triggers the thought.

Hubby surprised me yesterday.  We did go to church and the Bishop from Africa was there to speak - the message was very good.  Then after the message, there was an hour long healing service, for which we stayed.  I kept expecting hubby to tell me 'let's go', but he never did.  There was lots of praying... and believe it or not, people got healed.  One large woman was escorted to the front using a cane.... she walked away without it.  A man in a wheelchair was up and walking around.  Another man's ears were opened so that he could hear.  It was an amazing service to watch and be in prayer throughout.  When it was over and we got in the car, I waited for a comment.  I was surprised.  Hubby goes "there is a word to described today's service but I can't think what it could be...... other than 'wonderful'."  For me, the word was amazing.  Sure, we've watched healing services on TV, but you think as well as I do, are they really healed?  But these were people we see frequently at church so we know the healings are real.

I didn't get to the store as I had planned as it was even later that we got home as we had stopped at Cracker Barrel for lunch and even after 1PM they were busy - and s-l-o-w.  It took perhaps 30-45 minutes to get our meal.  We both gor refills on our drinks as we waited - it was that long of a wait.  No biggie, though, we talked. (believe it or not)

I heard that Fast Eddies now has tenderloin sandwiches added to the menu and that they are good.  You know I got to get over there and try it!  My friends from Indiana have often shared the plate sized tenderloins they find in Indiana.... but I was told the one at Fast Eddies is pretty good.  And I love tenderloin sandwiches.  My mother used to buy them by the box (can't even find them like that anymore) and we would fry those breaded tenderloins up and mmmm mmmm.  A good tenderloin can't be beat!

Hubby wanted to watch movies last night so I gave in.... we watched two on prime video that we had seen before... 'On a wing and a prayer' and 'I can only imagine'.  Both are awesome movies and if you haven't seen them, I hope you will watch.  I would not call either one 'religious' so you can get off that soapbox. They are just good movies.  First one is a little intense at times.... the second one is the reality of a changed life.

I have two weeks before preaching services start at the RV parks.  Only one this month, then two in December.  I've got an outline for this one as I'm using the last one I did at the other RV park.  But I do need to complete it this week; they will be calling on Sunday to get the title and scripture.  Then I got to pull something together for next month.   It's that time of year!  It will be good see everyone again.

I started reading in Galatians this morning.  Paul shared about an incident in which he called Peter out on.  Peter was teaching the Gentiles (which we are), and eating with them and all was well, until some Jews came.  So what did Peter - and even Barnabas do?  They didn't eat with the Gentiles, but went over to sit with the Jews.... so Paul called him out on it.

Galatians 2:11-14 (NKJV):  "Now when Peter had come to Antioch, I withstood him to his face, because he was to be blamed; for before certain men came from James, he would eat with the Gentiles; but when they came, he separated himself, fearing those of the circumcision. And the rest of the Jews played the hypocrite with him, so that even Barnabas was carried away with their hypocrisy.  But when I saw they were not straightforward about the truth of the gospel, I said to Peter before them all, "If you, being a Jew, live in the manner of Gentiles and not as the Jews, why do you compel Gentiles to live as Jews?"

Peter got called out!  By PAUL!  And that is what we should do if we see someone professing to be a Christian not acting like one.  Yes, most of us are not perfect in our walk with Jesus.  You know how many times I have fallen flat on my face and need to confess and ask forgiveness.  Either we live as who we say we are, or we are not.

And this is where the grace of Jesus comes in.  You know I would be totally wasted if it wasn't for Grace; God's Grace.  It is the only thing that gets me up each morning and helps me through each day.  I struggle, just like you do, to be whom I know God wants me to be.  Some days it is 'easy peasy'... but some days it is so hard!

It's like we tell our children, "do as I say, not as I do".... but the problem here is that our children and grandchildren are WATCHING us, because they want to be like us as they are growing up..... and sometimes when we don't 'walk the talk'.... it teaches them it isn't important.

So what are you teaching your children and grandchildren?  My children are grown... and I definitely was not perfect in my teaching to them.  I can only pray that something good reached to them and they choose rightly.  But you, are you teaching your children and grandchildren to love Jesus?  To walk with Him?  Do they see Jesus in you?  I want my children and grandchildren to be in heaven with me.  So now I pray.  And you should too.  Pray that your example will lead them to Jesus.  It has to be their decision.  Mom and dad can't make it for them.  Help them see Life in Jesus as their goal.  Then you will have succeeded.

Blessings!

Interesting words of description....

In our last group study in this book we have been going through, it was asked that we have words of affirmation to share with each other.  I really struggled with words because several of these people I do not know very well at all as they came in to this group late.  But, I did manage to have a word for each one.  And then we didn't go around the room.  In fact, we didn't review that last day at all.  But, as our group got started, one of the women, whom I mentioned before who runs 20 rabbit trails before getting to what she wants to say.... did something.

She started with "I just want to do something...." and then went on to say but she knew she wouldn't have time, then this happened and that happened, and then she took the day off and realized she did have time.. yeah, you get it, right?  Anyway, she made bookmarks for each of us, and on the back of each book mark she wrote three words that she said came to her mind when she thought of each of us.  When she handed Tom his bookmark, I can't remember what two of the words were, but the first word was 'teachable', which I found interesting and wondered how he took it.  We haven't discussed it.

When she started to hand me my bookmark, she had to tell the story that when she put a certain ribbon in my bookmark,  it ripped the end and she had to hurry and make me another one, and then she handed it to me after she read the words she wrote on the back which were the affirmations she felt God gave her for me.  Interesting.

Resilient - Loving - Compassionate.  The word that surprised me is Resilient.  I thought maybe the definition I had in my mind was wrong, so before I started this page, I looked it up in the dictionary, and no, I wasn't wrong.  It's standing up and not letting things knock you down.  It's standing firm in the midst of whatever comes at one.  Tending to recover from or adjust easily to misfortune or change.  I had not ever thought I was resilient, but yes, I think that is a good word for me, don't you?  You have a lot from me over these years of this blog, so I ask you the question.... do you think I am resilient?  Loving and Compassionate, yes, I think I am that.  I love a lot of unlovable people as well as those who are easy to love.  My heart is touched in certain circumstances and I feel that I am compassionate.  But resilient was an interesting word to describe me.

Towards the end of group we began to talk about baptism.  Everyone implied they were baptized at some point in their life.  Then our pastor's wife, who is in our study, mentioned that she had been baptized at 7 or 8 and feels she would like to be baptized again because she knows so much more now and has been through a lot of more now and it is more meaningful.  By the time the discussion was coming to a close, there were about 5 of us women and one of the men who were saying the same thing. Personally, I was baptized at age 14, but I don't remember much about it.  I didn't even have my own Bible until I graduated high school and was given one with my name engraved on it from the church as a graduation gift.  I don't think I have ever read it.  I never had that example to follow.  I was never taught to read the Bible.  It was a Bible; something to lay on a coffee table.  I made a real mess of my life, and although I know that I have received God's grace, covered in the blood of Jesus and forgiven, I've always wanted to be baptized again  Wash off the old and receive the new.  One time I asked one of our pastors about it and mentioned I'd like to be baptized again.... his comment to me was, "Naw, you're good.  You've been baptized once so you're good."  I was disappointed.  He had no idea what my life had been like before or after that baptism at age 14.  I rarely mentioned it after that.  But if our pastor's wife can do it, so can I!  Not sure when it would happen, but I understand they do them after service one Sunday a month - we've never seen it done so don't know if no one has stepped up to be baptized or what. Will see where it goes from here, but I hope they do it on a Sunday we are there, since we are heading into our preaching months.

Hubby surprised me last night by voicing in front of everyone a prayer request that is quite personal.  He had even instructed me not to share it with anyone.  I'm pretty sure I've alluded to something wrong, but never came out and said what the problem was.  But since he verbally shared his request, I can put it on here.  About 3 months or so ago he found that his PSA count had gone up about 2 points, I think it was.  Not only that, but his prostrate has swollen.  He has gone for cat scans, and MRIs.  He went to the doctor the other day and was told that it isn't cancerous (but could be pre-cancerous), and they found nothing in his bones or abdomen that would imply something was going on.  There is a shot he can take which will have some minor side effects, and it would reduce the swelling, but he opted out of the shot right now - because of the side effects.  He is to go back to the doctor in six months and have these tests again.  They want to see if the PSA goes up more or if there is still swelling, or more of it and will have to make the decision on getting the shot to reduce the swelling.  He is very much afraid of getting cancer and being sick.  He always has been.  Unfortunately, that fear comes out of him in disturbing ways sometimes... he gets angry easily (more so that before), he gets defensive about everything.  There are other things to, but some are just worse then they have been.   I try to understand his fear and get him to see that he is letting that fear control him, when he doesn't need to.  Not always successful.

I John 4:4 (NKJV):  "You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world."

I truly believe that Who lives inside of us is greater than the one who roams the world, seeking those whom he may devour.  When we have Jesus living in us, we have nothing to be afraid of.  I know that hubby knows that..... but he has been afraid of things for years.... he just hasn't been able to let go of that fear of losing me, losing family, getting sick, things going wrong... he has always had that fear, and it has also made family and friends back away from him at times.  He becomes possessive and has to hang on to things he values because he is so afraid of losing them.  It doesn't mean he doesn't love Jesus; but fear has gotten a foothold and until he relinquishes that fear, he will continue to be afraid and miserable.  He feels unloved and unwanted, I think.... based on all the questions he hits me with nearly daily.  Most time I have no answers.  He loves me being home and working, for then he can keep an eye on me, and he isn't alone.  But it's ok if he has something to do.  It's being home alone that he doesn't like.

We continue to pray that the swelling will go down as well as the PSA count.  No matter what, I trust in God and what His plans are.  Hubby doesn't understand why I don't act more concerned, but all I can tell him is that when I give it to God completely to take care of, I take my hands off the situation.  I can't make him well.  Only God can - whether through a miracle or through the doctors.

When I do my part - and pray - then I leave it up to God to do His part - and His ways are so much better than mine.  It doesn't mean I stop praying.... I still pray for healing for hubby, for my prodigal children and grandchildren, for my job, my health, other things.... but I believe that when I ask God to take over, I am to take my fears and worries out of the request and trust Him for the outcome - no matter what it is.

I've lived too long in God's grace to allow fear to overwhelm me of the 'what ifs'.  I refuse to live in fear.

No matter what you are going through, or will go through, for everyone has something difficult to go through at some point - or many points  in their life - when you pray and give it to God, you must also trust Him for the outcome, no matter what.

It's when we cry "Lord, Help!" And then we wait for His answer.

Blessings!
