Uh oh I forgot!

I honestly thought I had typed in here this morning!   I just now realized that I haven't!  I've been busy doing other things, I guess.  In fact, I stopped about 9AM and went and fixed breakfast - fried potatoes with eggs, jalapenos, onions mixed together and poured over the potatoes (a favorite) and then made a batch of brownies to take over to the neighbor's.  Which neighbor?  Well, it was for Ms. Diane's boys who are over working on her house again this morning.  They have been there nearly 6 days a week for hours working on it.  I took the brownies over this morning and told them that I was bribing them; I wanted to see what they were doing to it.  Actually, all they are doing is painting it. No tearing down walls or anything like that.  Just painting everything white.  I really do need to go see Ms. Diane today sometime - definitely by tomorrow.

I visited Ms. Vickie the other day and yesterday she was thanking me for the food I had taken over. In fact, I do need to go over again tonight.  We had dinner at Olive Garden last night and I bought a couple of the $6 meals you can take home.  I will take over one of them - spaghetti - so she can have it for dinner.  I have leftovers from my dinner that I will eat for lunch today.  We are meeting friends for dinner tonight at Top Shelf so won't need it tonight.  I don't like hanging on to food for more than a couple days.  I also ordered Ms. Vickie a page magnifier as she has difficulty with her eyes and she does want to read.  I took her a book yesterday but she said she can't read it. It's some disease of the eye that blocks out specific areas. She had to quit driving because of it.  But, I thought a page magnifier might help her to be able to read. She gets lonely and it will help her have something to do besides watching the TV. Which would drive me insane, as you know.

Finished typing up my message this morning and now need to print it off and review it again.  I told you I was a procrastinator!  But it is typed out and I just need to go through and make any corrections or changes.  I need to be sure to take my bible tomorrow too; we have communion this Sunday. Yeah - we are at the RV park.

The message is on John 6:1-13.  You've heard it before. Where the young lad presented all he had - 5 barley loaves and two fish - to Jesus to feed a crowd of more than 5K people.  Back then they only counted men - so you can imagine it could have been 10K or more with women and children!  Anyway - the basics of the message is that if we give God all we have - our talents, our time, our finances, whatever we have - He will take it and enlarge it and bless you in return.  So the question I will be throwing out to everyone is "will you give Jesus all that you have?"  Interesting question, do you think?

And with that, I need to jump off here and continue on - can't believe it is 12:30 and I just remembered!  I really thought I had typed in here.  I read my son's blog and usually I do this one next - but guess I got sidetracked.

But I need to get busy.  Maybe heat up my spaghetti leftover from last night and have it for lunch. Hubby can eat the fettuccini meal that I bought.  He always eats more than I do anyway!  But I might sneak a bite of it. :-)

Hope you have an amazing day - catch you later.  Tomorrow is early church so will see if I get in here to type .... who knows anymore!

Blessings~!
