Those are the words that have been running through my mind this morning. Yes, it is a song from church written by Jonny Lang and Marti Fredriksen and published by Lyrics @ Universal Music Publishing Group. I just can't remember who sings it! Here are the actual words:

Yeah, that song has been running through my mind this morning on the way in to work. Why? I don't know. Wasn't listening to the radio or tape or anything before I left. I guess it is because Christ IS the Beautiful One and I do love and adore Him. :-) I think my soul was just singing to Him this morning.

And, sometimes, in the midst of trials and tribulations thrown at us - that is all we can do. Sing for joy for the One who is Faithful always. One who allows us to run to Him in the midst of our pain. When we're confused at life around us. When we feel beaten up and alone.

God is so mighty, and yet, He loves me. And He loves you. It doesn't get any better than that. Total forgiveness, total acceptance, total love. I may not receive all my heart's desires, but He gives me all that my heart desires. Himself.
